This mast preamplifier is used to improve the reception properties of amateurradio stations on 144 MHz and 145 MHz (2 m and 70 cm). The automatic transmit / receive switchover (VOX) switches the amplifier off while transmitting and on again when receiving. The amplifier has N sockets and is equipped with a UV-resistant, weatherproof housing. DC voltage can be supplied via external socket or via coax cable from TRX.
